Each jacket is produced by expert craftsmen using real cowhide and sheep hide leather. It goes through a tight quality control before being shipped to individual customers.

The jacket should be in the form it was sent to you; unworn, unwashed with all the tags attached.

Customized leather jackets cannot be returned or exchanged.
Our leather craftsman stitches each piece meticulously according to the size, choice, and taste of our customer. A customized leather jacket is unique to you, therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Dumping leather into a landfill is an environmental hazard and the waste of a natural resource. Customized leather jackets can't be reused and end up in a landfill, unfortunately.
If yes, don't worry one bit. We can get that sorted without a hassle.

The shipping cost of alteration is paid by the customer. It may vary depending on your location. Our representative will update you on the shipping cost when you email.
